Build quotes quickly and easily
Thanks to a thoughtful catalogue of components and services you can put quotes together from packages or assemble custom configurations. The automation calculates the system's output, storage capacity and the subsidy under the rules of NZÚ, and then deducts it from the price including VAT. Exporting a quote is a matter of just a few clicks.
Export documents for grid operators and SFŽP
Past a certain volume of jobs, filling out that many documents by hand is unsustainable — especially when most of the information is already in the system. The generator currently ships with 25 templates, mostly PDFs required by electricity-grid operators or the SFŽP environmental fund. It handles every variant of powers of attorney, applications and confirmations.
Electronic signing of powers of attorney and contracts
Just like a quote, you can also generate the contract for a client. It can be signed online thanks to RAYNET's integration with DigiSign, an eIDAS-certified platform. You can read more about online signing in this article.
Calendar for efficient scheduling
Sales meetings, on-site surveys, internal company operations — and to a degree even installation and service work. All of this can be tracked in the CRM calendar. If you run a lot of installation and service trips and need to optimise technician capacity and material distribution, an integration with one of the professional planning tools may help.
A mobile app — your assistant in the field
